N3110-S 12V 110Ah Marine Starting Battery – The N3110-S is a our most advanced Marine engine start battery. The N3110-S combines all the features of the M3110-S and adds the embedded BM-21 battery monitor.  The result is a 32 lb Lithium Pros 12V 110Ah Marine Starting Battery that is an amazing upgrade to any 12V group 31 AGM battery.  It is also the world's first series of lithium-ion batteries to directly connect to the NMEA 2000 network.

BM-21 Embedded Battery Monitor

The BM-21 Embedded battery monitor is NMEA 2000 certified and features a micro port on the battery.  It is directly addressable on the NMEA 2000 network and it is “plug and play” with all NMEA 2000 multi-function displays. The BM-21 reports all required PGNs as well as the three standard battery related PGNs:  127506, 127508, 127513, as well as alert PGN 126983. Simply select the individual battery from the NMEA 2000 device list and configure it.**

This puts the individual battery voltage, current, time remaining, state of charge, and temperature all on the network. In addition, the BM-21 also records warnings and alerts events with a real time/date stamp.  Also, cumulative lifetime amp-hours are recorded.  This information is available on the optional OLED display.  (N series batteries with a "D" part number suffix include this display. The N3110-SD includes the OLED display.)

Engine Start for all outboards

Storing energy in a Lithium Ion battery is one thing.  Starting an engine and charging from an alternator is quite another.  Engine start is our forté and we start some of the fastest vehicles on Earth.  How?  It features one of the most advanced internal battery management systems in the marine industry today.  This fully integrated digital battery management system insures long life and trouble free service all safely sealed inside a lightweight box.  This battery features 1,500 Marine Crank Amps (Eq) and will have no trouble starting most conventional outboard engines on the market today.  It can safely be used with any outboard charging system including Honda, Suzuki, all Mercury and all Yamaha.

This 12V 110Ah Marine Starting Battery has a whopping 260 minutes of reserve capacity, the highest on the market in a Group 31 case. (13″ L x 6.81″ W x 9.30″ T)  This is the battery of choice for boats with multiple 12″ graphs with pro anglers using this battery with up to five graphs running simultaneously.

Having trouble with graphs resetting during an engine crank?  The high power Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) chemistry used in this battery holds a higher voltage as it is discharged eliminating this “reset” issue.  Avoid going to two 12V lead acid batteries when moving to 12″ graphs by choosing Lithium Pros!

Charging is simple because your existing 12V AGM battery compatible charger will work fine.*  Recharge times vary based on the size of the charger, outboard run time, and charging system but most anglers tell us they are “green light” on the charger before they go sleep!  That’s peace of mind.

In spite of all the power contained in this battery, it still ultra lightweight at an amazing 32 pounds!

NOTE:  Not for use in series to make higher voltage packs.  12V systems ONLY.

** Check the MFD's documentation to insure it recognizes at least PGNs 127506 and 127508 for minimum compatibility.

*Insure the charger’s float voltage is 13.5V or less and the charger never exceeds 14.6V.  Do not “de-sulfate” any lithium ion battery.
