TM3165-24 24V 65Ah Lithium Ion Battery replaces two BCI group 31 lead acid batteries for marine trolling motors. That's right!  Take two lead acid batteries out and put this ONE battery back in to fish the same time!  Featuring 155 reserve minutes of usable energy all tucked in a standard Group 31 case. (13" L x 6.81" W x 8.43" T)  What will you do with all that extra space?

Internal Heating

The TM series features internal heating pads on each cell.  When cell temperatures drop below 32⁰F, this system automatically warms the cells for safe charging.  This expands the temperature range of operation to -4⁰F~140⁰F.

Charging

Lithium Pros IntelliChargers are recommended, made specifically for Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries.  However these can be charged with typical AGM battery chargers* (see restrictions and notes) and are IP67 watertight. 

The TM series

The Trolling Motor ("TM") series of batteries is made for trolling motor, electronics, and other deep cycle marine applications that can benefit from fast recharge, superior charge efficiency, weight reduction, and cycle lives beyond 3,000 cycles. Built with Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) cells tested to the UL1642 standard, the TM series of batteries is recommended for inductive motor loads such as trolling motors, electric motors, motive power, and other forms of energy storage. 

The TM series of 25.6V LiFePO4 batteries feature an internal battery management system designed to auto balance the cells and protect for over temperature, over voltage, under voltage, over current and short circuit conditions. NOTE: The TM series is not intended for engine start.

*25.6V LiFePO4 battery chargers are required.  Typical two bank marine chargers will not work.
