All Lithiumpros products carry a 60 day risk free guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to where it was purchased (with proof of purchase) for an exchange or full refund*.  We have full confidence in our products, and are sure you will too!

LIMITED WARRANTY

Limited Warranty. Subject to the exclusions below, Lithiumpros warrants this battery to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage.

For all C series and T series batteries (such as C310, C310-16, C680, C375, C545, C925, C680-16, T680-16, T1600 and others) this is a pro-rated TWO YEAR warranty from date of purchase.  It is a 100% replacement for the first six months, 75% discount off MSRP for months 7~12, and 50% discount off MSRP for months 13~24.

For all L series batteries (such as L680, L375, L545, L545-16A, L925, L925-16A, L1600A, L3420, L3400, and others) and all battery chargers this a 100% replacement TWO YEAR warranty from date of purchase.

For all M series batteries (such as M3440, M3160, M3180, M3440-24, M3420-36 and others) 100% replacement FOUR YEAR warranty or 800 cycles whichever comes first from date of purchase.

This limited warranty is only provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.  All batteries must be registered with Lithiumpros to activate this warranty within 30 days of purchase.

1. Exclusions. This limited warranty does not extend to damage or failure that results from misuse, overcharging, over-discharging, exceeding the limitations in the specification sheet or product label, neglect including storage in an overly discharged state, usage in an environment outside the recommended temperature range, accidents, physical damage including crashes, abnormal use, alterations, abuse, normal capacity loss and/or increased resistance due to aging, improper installation or maintenance, or damage induced by other products and acts which are pre-approved by us.
2. How to Obtain Limited Warranty Service. All warranty claims must be routed direct to the factory.  Do not return the product to the distributor through whom you purchased it.  To exercise this limited warranty, contact Lithiumpros for an RGA number.  Call (865) 688-2083 (in the USA) or send an e-mail to info@lithiumpros.com for further instructions.  All returns require a copy of the original receipt and must have been properly activated within 30 days of purchase.
3. What Will We Do? Within this limited warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, an eligible battery that proves to have defects in material or workmanship according to the pro-rated terms above.  In doing so we use functionally equivalent or reconditioned/refurbished/pre-owned accessories or parts.
4. Other Limitations. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.  OTHERWISE THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER, AND IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.  IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIEGENCE) FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF INFORMATIOIN OF DATA, OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ABILITY OF INABILITY TO USE THE BATTERY TO THE FULL EXTENT THESE DAMAGES MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW.  Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, or limit on the length of an implied warranty, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This warranty give you specific legal rights, and you man also have other rights that vary from state to state or from one jurisdiction to another.
